Adv. David Bahar is the firm’s co-founder. He is a graduate of the Law faculty in the College of Management Academic Studies (COMAS). He did his internship at Adv. Zersky & Co., in the field of real estate and tax, labor and criminal law (tax felonies). Adv. Bahar is a graduate of professional seminars in real estate tax, disassembly, receivership and rehabilitation of companies as well as seminars in labor law (personal and group).
Adv. Bahar specializes in civil litigation in a variety of courts, including real estate and arbitration; consultation and representation of real estate tax matters; preparation of tax assessments and real estate sale contracts in the private and business sectors; and representation of employers, employees and workers' committees in labor disputes.
Adv. Bahar accompanies private clients in acquiring and selling real estate, the Israeli National Outline Plan (Plan No. 38), lawsuits for value descent and banks’ liabilities in contractors’ deals. He represents contractors, real estate corporations and acquisition groups in combination deals and finance accompaniment.
In labor law, Adv. Bahar represents employees in the public and private sectors in lawsuits against employers. Also, Adv. Bahar represent employers in ongoing consultation, drafting work agreements, employee lawsuits (including foreign workers) drafting complex work contracts and more.
