Adv. Asaf Shemer is the firm’s co-founder. He is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Netanya Academic College, graduated with honors . He did his internship at Adv. Ofir & Co, focusing mainly on the civil-commercial field, litigation, real estate and matrimonial law.

Adv. Shemer is a graduate of professional seminars in the dismantling, compiling and rehabilitation of companies, bankruptcy and company properties attachments, as well as seminars on intellectual property in a corporate environment.

Adv. Shemer specializes in civil-commercial litigation in corporate law; the establishment of “start-ups,” companies, partnerships and associations; legal-business consultation as well as complex legal and arbitration cases for both public and private companies

Adv. Shemer holds the position of director in “Eitanim Yezum Project,” which deals, among other things, in entrepreneurship in real estate and the Israeli National Outline Plan (Plan No. 38).

Adv. David Bahar is the firm’s co-founder. He is a graduate of the Law faculty in the College of Management Academic Studies (COMAS). He did his internship at Adv. Zersky & Co., in the field of real estate and tax, labor and criminal law (tax felonies). Adv. Bahar is a graduate of professional seminars in real estate tax, disassembly, receivership and rehabilitation of companies as well as seminars in labor law (personal and group).

Adv. Bahar specializes in civil litigation in a variety of courts, including real estate and arbitration; consultation and representation of real estate tax matters; preparation of tax assessments and real estate sale contracts in the private and business sectors; and representation of employers, employees and workers' committees in labor disputes.

Adv. Bahar accompanies private clients in acquiring and selling real estate, the Israeli National Outline Plan (Plan No. 38), lawsuits for value descent and banks’ liabilities in contractors’ deals. He represents contractors, real estate corporations and acquisition groups in combination deals and finance accompaniment.

In labor law, Adv. Bahar represents employees in the public and private sectors in lawsuits against employers. Also, Adv. Bahar represent employers in ongoing consultation, drafting work agreements, employee lawsuits (including foreign workers) drafting complex work contracts and more.
